Call to Special Meeting June 23, 2019

June 23, 2019--There will be a Special Meeting of the congregation on Sunday, June 23, 2019 in the sanctuary immediately following the 10:00 a.m. service, in order to present to the membership for their approval a change in the By-laws. This amendment would change the date of our Annual Meeting to the second Sunday in June, in order align our fiscal year to our program year. The new fiscal year would be from July 1 to June 30. This would also allow our Board and Committee membership not to change in the middle of the program year. At this meeting, a revised budget will also be presented for approval. [ more ]
