July 21-27 Youth Mission Trip to Dexter, Maine--Our dedicated youth and intrepid adults repaired homes, shared love and concern, and celebrated their faith in Dexter, Maine on this year's mission trip. We rejoice with them as they spread God's love and blessings in the world through their hard work and care for others.
They packed up the truck with supplies, and headed north on Sunday, July 21.
They repaired houses, building decks, painting and other necessities to benefit families in this rural part of northern Maine.
At the completion of their projects, they presented "their" family with prayer shawls, knitted with care by our Prayer Shawl Ministry.
The Mission Trip is faith in action, and we thank our youth and the adults who gave their time and efforts, songs and spirit, prayers and kindness to bless not just the folks of Dexter, Maine, but us all.
